Answer
1. On the server go to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\<port>\App_GlobalResources. 2. Open the file wss.resx or wss.en-US.resx with notepad.
3. Search for the file string "multipages_homelink_text"
4. Change the Home value to the name of your choice.
5. Refresh your browser page and that's it.
